Children are always an emotional issue in any relationship breakdown. At Pearsons & Ward we believe the courts should only become involved as a last resort.

We can help you resolve issues surrounding children and we encourage parents to reach a mutual agreement which works for all parties without a court order being forced on them. In our experience, long term relationships with children work better if they are by agreement rather than being imposed on parents.

However, we understand that in some instances, an agreement cannot be reached and court proceedings are the only option. In those circumstances we will provide a professional, sensitive and caring approach to your court proceedings.
