Robert Tulloch
Senior Partner - Head of Property Department
Robert joined the firm in 1978 and heads the firm's property team. Specialising in housing, agricultural and commercial property, he acts for a number of local landowners and property developers and spends the majority of his time working on housing, agricultural sales and purchases and development projects.

Emma Elwess
Partner - Head of Private Client Department
Emma has a B.A. degree in Law from Bristol and qualified as a Solicitor in 1985. She specialises in inheritance and personal tax matters, wills, probate and trusts. Because of her experience in these fields she is a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, the Probate section of the Law Society and Solicitors for the Elderly Group. Emma has been with the firm since 1986 and has over 20 years experience in these areas of law.

Richard Scott
Partner
Richard qualified in 1999 and joined the firm's expanding domestic property team in January 2000 having previously worked for a London firm. Richard specialises in company and commercial matters as well as property. Richard has a degree in Business and Information Technology and helps with the firm's in-house IT systems
