What if the person refuses to pay, or is bankrupt ?

If, having successfully obtained a County Court Judgement, the person still refuses to pay there are various procedures that the Court can employ to force him to do so. If he is made bankrupt you will become one of his creditors and your claim will be dealt with in the same way as any other creditor.
