What will it cost ?

Costs are always the biggest worry of any legal proceedings. We at Pearsons & Ward understand this and keep costs as low as possible. We will provide an estimate at the start and keep you updated throughout the proceedings. We will invoice you on a monthly basis so you are not left with a large bill at the end. You may also wish to pay by monthly standing order to enable you to budget your monthly outgoings. As a general guideline on costs:

Divorce £500.00 + VAT + Court Fees
Deed of Separation £250.00 + VAT
Finances (If agreed) £500.00 + VAT + Court Fee
Cohabitation Agreement £250.00 + VAT
Change of Name Deed £50.00 + VAT
