ENDURING POWERS OF ATTORNEY
Whilst a Will takes takes care of your estate after your death there may be circumstances during your lifetime when you are unable to manage your own affairs.
You may be affected by illness or incapacity, or you may be living and working abroad.
What can you do ?
……………………………
You can prepare an Enduring Power of Attorney
WARNING ! Whatever the circumstances, it is important that the document is completed while you are still able to give instructions.
If you do not your family may have to apply for a Receivership Order from the Court of Protection. This can be a lengthy and expensive procedure.
We will be pleased to advise on both matters and much of this work is done on a fixed fee basis.
